Leaves are dried gently, so spinach powder keeps all the vitamins, minerals, natural colour, aroma and taste. Spinach is a vegetable with high biological value, especially, iron. The intense green colour of spinach is made by plant chlorophyll. Vegetable is a powerful source of vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, lutein, carotene pigments, B-complex, vitamin C, K, A, potassium, magnesium and large amount of fibres.

Spinach powder can be easily used in the mixture of water, soups, salads, dressings, sauces, spreads or natural colouring into the pastry. Recommended portion: 2 tablespoons, 1-2 times daily.
