Kelp is often considered to be a superfood, due the high content of minerals. This algae is one of the best natural source of iodine. Additionally, kelp is enriched by more substances like iron, manganese, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B (B1,B2,B3,B6) and vitamin C.

Recommended portion: 1/6 (0,5g) of a teaspoon daily.
