The cacao butter from Z-Company is made of beans originating from Peru. In order to make our cacao butter, the finest cacao beans are selected and fermented to reduce their initial bitterness.
Cacao butter is made by pressing ground, milled cacao nibs to make a solid paste. This process separates the butter from the powder.
The butter is solidified into wafers. Cacao butter contains a high proportion of saturated fats, derived from healthy acids – stearic and palmitic.
