Hemp seeds shelled

A versatile and plant-based protein product, commonly used in the sports & nutrition industry, produced in our own factory.

Shelled hemp seeds come from the seeds of the hemp plants. After the harvest of hemp seeds, the seeds are cleaned before deshelling. Deshelling or dehulling hempseeds is a 100% mechanical process.

In our own factory in the Netherlands, we produce the dehulled hemp seeds. We source the whole hemp seeds (both EU and Non-EU), shell them in our own factory and distribute them all around Europe.  As the seeds are processed without heat or water, it helps preserve nutrients.  

Due to its mildly nutty taste, it’s an excellent topping for yoghurts and salads or as an addition in baked goods, granolas and smoothies and shakes.

After the shelling of the seeds, the shells itself still have purpose as well, transforming it into a near zero-waste product.
